Grading a card adds credibility, protection, and market liquidity.
Grading enhances buyer confidence, simplifies pricing through clear population data and comps, and can materially increase both perceived value and actual sale price.

Store Handling Fee - $5.00 fee per card paid directly to us at the time of submission.

Fees do change from time to time depending if the exchange rate drops too low or if shipping fees increase.
Step 1 – You Complete the PSA Grading Submission Form
Complete the online PSA GRADING SUBMISSION FORM and ensure that you correctly enter your information as it will be used by us to set you up as a customer and to contact you.
Step 2 – Fast Break Confirms Total # of Cards, Collects Handling and Grading Fees, Labels & Securely Stores Cards
Fast Break will need confirm the total number of cards being submitted and confirm it matches the numbers stated by you on the submission form. All cards need to be in a sleeve and top-loader or card saver. We will not accept cards in one touches, not in sleeves, just in sleeves, or in a top loader or card saver without a sleeve.
You will be required to pay Fast Break the handling fee of $5.00 per card at the time of submission together with the PSA grading fee.
Step 3 - Cleaning
If you have selected to have your cards cleaned, Fast Break will attend to cleaning.
Step 4 – Fast Break Ships Cards to PSA
Fast Break will then compile and complete the PSA submission paperwork and ship the cards to PSA for grading.
Step 5 – PSA Grading
PSA will grade the cards based on the categories they have been submitted under. If a customer has cards in multiple categories, they will most likely return at different times. You can monitor the status of all active PSA submissions via Fast Break's website (COMING SOON).
Step 6 – PSA Ships Cards Back to Fast Break and Customer Picks Card Up From Store
Once Fast Break have received the graded cards from PSA, Fast Break will review the graded cards and will notify you to attend the store to collect, or arrange postage should postage be required.
Terms and Conditions of Submission
1. You are submitting cards for grading by Professional Sports Authenticator ("PSA").
2. You shall complete all submission information on the Submission Form.
3. You approve and warrant that the estimated fair market value of each submitted card falls within the value range of the selected tier based on a PSA 9.
4. If PSA determines that the estimated fair market value of any submitted collectible is higher than the maximum value for the tier selected, it will adjust the tier and fees according to its determination of the fair market value of the collectible.
5. You represent and warrant that Fast Break have no knowledge and no reasonable basis for belief that any card submitted is not genuine or contains any non-disclosed alterations or restorations, including, but not limited to, trimming, re-coloring, bleaching, power erasing, re-backing, artificially toning, applying or removing punches or stamps, or any other method used to change or enhance the appearance, condition, or content of a collectible.
6. You agree to pay Fast Break all services fees at the time of submission. If a card is moved to a different tier/upcharged, you must pay any additional fees due before cards will be given to you by Fast Break.
